Leader Project 2018



CMS Business School, Jain University in collaboration with Richard Ivey School of Business had organized LEADER 2018, a global entrepreneurship workshop for all the budding and potential entrepreneurs from 4 to 13 April 2018.

The ten day program covered a gamut of areas including recognizing and evaluating opportunities, developing business as well as function-specific plans, developing communicating plans as well as specific pointers on implementation. The program enabled participants to hone their analytical and decision-making skills, as well as their business acumen.

In all, 25 people attended the ten day program. The unique facet about this program was the diversity of participants which included entrepreneurs, postgraduate students and students from entrepreneurship course of Jain University. LEADER was conducted by a team of four facilitators from Richard Ivey School of Business. Pedagogy included lectures, case studies, workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions. The program concluded with the participants making presentations on their business ideas to the facilitators from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
