Q2. What is the Placements Process followed?
The Placements of Jain (Deemed-to-be University) are powered by the well-established CRM software – Superset.
Every student of the B-School is expected to register on Superset and those who are seeking placements are expected to enroll for placements on Superset. Those opting out of placements are also expected to update their reason for opting out on Superset. The Placements process at the B-School is described below

Q3. What criteria should be applied to decide on which companies and opportunities to apply to?
A3. Your choice of applying for an opportunity should be based on a combination of: a) the job profile, b) the reputation of the company, c) the package being offered, d) the possibility for growth and e) your interests, priorities and aptitude. This is a decision that has to be made keeping in mind the individual priorities – you are thus advised to seek clarity by consulting with your Faculty Advisors and mentors.

Q4. Where should I raise issues with regards to Superset?
A4. If you are facing issues with regards to Superset, you may raise the flag with your Student Placement Advisors. They would then be able to direct the query to the appropriate person.
