Managers often find themselves in a situation where-in they are forced to take complex decisions without the help of any defined tools. Operations Research (OR) is one such tool that will support management in their decision making enabling informed decisions. Operations Research tools help to solve complex problems during the periods of uncertainty using reliable data. The understanding of the OR tool, its applications shall strengthen the pedagogical approaches and learning process.
