LEAD - Employability Training

The academic rigor and updated syllabus at CMS Business School lays a strong technical base for our students. To augment academics and enable our students to smoothly transition from campus learning to application in the corporate world, we have developed a structured upskilling program - LEAD (Lead, Enable, Advance and Develop).

In consultation with our recruiters and alumni, we have identified 6 Competencies to be polished through the LEAD program: Collaboration, Communication, Collect Information, Creativity, Critical Thinking, and Character.

Industry experts, professional trainers and academicians are all engaged in delivering 150 contact hours of LEAD. This upskilling program has been incorporated into the regular academic schedule of the Business.

School and the contact hours are spread across the 4 semesters. As a result of this upskilling program, our recruiters find our campus to be a catchment area for finding industry ready young minds.
