The MBA students of Batch 2017-19, CMS Business School, Jain University were privileged to have Mr. Balachandar, Group Director, Human Resources, Coffee Day Group as a guest speaker during their orientation program, Convergence.

Addressing the students Mr. Balachandar stressed on the importance of understanding the customersb needs in any business and empowering them with what they need. He also emphasized on the need to adapt oneself to changing environment and to constantly reinvent.

The students left the auditorium highly motivated to make their own mark in whatever they do.
