As a part of Guest Lecture Series during the orientation program of MBA Batch 2017-19, Convergence, Shri. G.Y.Suhas, Head HR, IR & Administration of L&T Construction Equipment Ltd, Bengaluru delivered a lecture on steps to a bright future.

Addressing the students, the speaker highlighted the importance of setting goals and taking steps to achieve those goals which make a big difference in life. He talked about the underlying causes and motives of personality and performance.

In his talk, he mentioned that development of practical skills is a way to contribute to the sustainable development of society and he also explained the importance of meticulous execution of the fragile idea in this business world.

The motivational talk persuaded students to set a goal in their life and work towards achieving it.
