CMS Business School, Jain University had contributed to the Kerala flood relief operations by taking active participation in the flood relief drive. A group of ten MBA students from Kerala volunteered to take up the initiative under the guidance of Vishwas and Students council of CMS Business School. Communication was sent to students and staff about the objective of the drive and forms in which contributions are accepted. List of items required was procured live from relief camps in Kerala so as to ensure the provision of needed items to be supplied. Students and staff together collected clothes, medicines, food, drinking water, chlorine tablets and concentrate in ten cartons and were sent to relief camps through trucks and buses plying to Kerala. The flood relief items reached the camps of Chengannur and Kuttanad, which are some of the worst affected areas of the flood.
