Any graduate or final year graduate with an aggregate of 50% and above marks in graduation is eligible to apply. Students belonging to SC / ST community are eligible to apply with 45% marks in graduation.
Students who are in the final year of their Undergraduate Program should have an aggregate of 50% in all the Semesters/Years of undergraduate examinations as of date.
The admission process consists of the following steps to be followed by the candidate(s).
  • Submission of the filled online application form.
  • Appear and clear Jain Entrance Test (JET) process, that includes Online Written Test, Essay Writing, Presentation and Personal Interview.
  • On being selected through JET, the candidate(s) will receive a Provisional Admission Letter (PAL).
  • The Provisional Admission will be confirmed once the candidate(s) fulfill the admission criteria as prescribed by the University.
  • Candidates with a valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/XAT are exempted from the Written Test and will directly appear for Essay Writing, Presentation and Personal Interview.

The candidate’s PI will be assessed based on these parameters: Subject Matter, Goal Clarity, Communication Skills, Attitude, and Academic Credentials and Work Experience. A topic might be given to you to express viewpoints on the same. The topic is general and can range from current affairs, social issues, environmental concerns, etc. A personal Interview is one on one interview and is conducted to understand the candidate’s academic and career orientation.
Yes, CMS B-School considers the scores of National Aptitude Tests. Candidates with a valid score are exempted from the Written Test (online) test and qualify directly for PI. Please find the details below for your information.

Specialization can be changed at the end of the 1st Semester. The 1st Semester covers topics of General Management and at the end of it, you can make an informed choice based on your interest and strengths.
Each section of the class will have a maximum strength of 60 students.
A two-month summer internship is mandatory for the students to complete the course. CMS B-School provides internship opportunities to the students. Some of the top recruiters for internships are Deloitte, Bisleri, Hungerbox, and Tommy Hilfiger.
We do have a dedicated cell for placements. The cell conducts structured placement training and enables students to plan their careers.

Chenraj Roychand Center for Entrepreneurship (CRCE) has been established by the University to assist budding entrepreneurs to set up their businesses by nurturing and providing resources for the same. To date, CRCE has incubated over 40 companies and 100 entrepreneurs.
CMS Business School has a well-equipped gym with modern equipment. Facilities for indoor games like table tennis, bridge, badminton, carrom, chess are open to the students for use during a study break.

CMS Business School does not have a hostel within the premises. The hostel is within a radius of 2 km from the campus. Shuttle pick-up and drop are provided to the students availing hostel facility.
