Human Resource Management and Business Analytics

In the past century, human resource management has changed dramatically. The data-driven approach that characterizes HR analytics is in line with this development.  HR analytics, also referred to as people analytics, workforce analytics, or talent analytics, involves gathering together, analyzing, and reporting HR data. It enables your organization to measure the impact of a range of HR metrics on overall business performance and make decisions based on data.  MBA in Human Resource Management and Business Analytics encourages students to develop a deep understanding of HR Analytics.  Our explorative course content and futuristic faculty prepare students to hone HRM analytics skills to sense HR challenges and develop critical HR analytics skills. The program also offers comprehensive training in descriptive analysis and data visualization techniques to improve prediction analysis and develop HRM intelligence.
