MBA in Finance and HRM

MBA in Finance and Management encourages students to develop a deep understanding of financial markets and services. Our explorative course content and futuristic faculty prepare students to hone financial and accounting skills to sense market challenges and develop critical financial management skills. Our experiential curriculum makes students develop leadership and managerial strategies and gain a broad understanding of the financial industry and its relationship with the outside world.

Career Scope

Dual program in Finance and Human Resource Management prepares you for a successful career in the finance, banking and non-banking and public sectors. Some of the viable career destinations are finance manager, budget analyst, credit manager, credit manager, investor relations specialist, data analyst, and systems developer among others.

Program Structure

Term 1

In the first term, we introduced you to key foundational aspects of Marketing in theory and practice that help organizations enjoy sustainable success and growth. We acquaint you with essential marketing concepts and principles that hold relevance to tackle current marketing needs and challenges.

Term 2

Students at this stage are oriented toward gaining strategic communications skills to communicate business ideas. We invite leaders across business spectrum to make students understand core marketing practices and policies and their legal applications.

Term 3

During this term, we professionally develop students through industrial exposure to explore and identify potential challenges and opportunities available out there! Nevertheless, students are encouraged to take internships with various partners and organizations to get steep knowledge about their performance under different environments.

Term 4

Term four becomes a launchpad for students to choose a relevant business idea as their program project. We support students through strong mentorship and guide them to different venues to achieve desirable success in their respective projects. In the course, we also encourage them to build connections with reputed organizations and research community.
