HRM and Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation

The MBA in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation (HRM – ENVC) is designed to instill people centered knowledge, skills and entrepreneurial mindset in students that would enable them to thrive in an entrepreneurial ecosystem. The objective envisioned in bringing together HRM and ENVC domains is to develop a growth mindset and entrepreneurial orientation in the cohort by:

  • Creating clarity of thought and the ability to make quick and actionable decisions,
  • Providing insights into real life challenges and solutions faced by entrepreneurs in such areas as psychology, design thinking, prototyping and testing, founding team, entrepreneurship communities, leadership and Intellectual Property Rights and,

Supporting and enabling a collaborative network which is guided by experienced mentors.
