The Learning Resource Center (LRC), in association with the Area of Finance, is organising a training programme titled “Elevate Your Research: Harness AI in Business Source Premier.” The session aims to strengthen students’ research capabilities by utilising advanced AI-enabled features within EBSCO resources.

The programme will be delivered by Mr M. S. Srinivasa, Training Manager, EBSCO Information Services India Pvt Ltd, who brings extensive experience in academic databases and research practices.

This session is intended for students of the MBA Batch 2024-26 (4th Semester) and will be conducted in offline mode.

Objectives of the Programme:

1. To master advanced search techniques for retrieving full-text articles using EBSCO’s AI-enabled features, supporting systematic literature reviews and bibliometric analysis
2. To apply best practices in navigating EBSCO to identify research gaps and to frame research questions, objectives, hypotheses, and conclusions for a master’s thesis
3. To develop effective search strategies for identifying and accessing full-text articles from open access databases

This training programme is expected to equip participants with essential research skills, enabling them to conduct high-quality academic research in an efficient and structured manner.
