There is a good mix of excellent and average students. Few we are not shortlisting as there is a miss between the requirements and the attributes. As general feedback, the scope of improvement will be to encourage the candidates to be more detailed with examples and numbers on what is mentioned on the CV and the forms. They can also be told to be logical and sequential in the way they present an example or project.

A little bit more knowledge of current affairs through college intervention can be included in the course. Overall, the candidates have good subject knowledge.
