As a part of Guest Lecture Series during the orientation program of MBA Batch 2017-19, Convergence, CMS B-School invited Mr. Harish Lalchandani, President and CEO at GE Lighting, South Asia to deliver the speech.

Mr. Lalchandani leads the expansion, transformation, and growth of the business across the region. Jain University had a privilege to have him on the campus during its orientation program of MBA Batch 2017-19, Convergence for Guest Lecture Series.

Addressing the students, he explained how one can be a successful professional in the corporate world. In his talk, he emphasized the importance of setting goals and achieving those goals. Highlighting the importance of benchmarking oneself, Mr. Lalchandani said that it is essential to establish a benchmark against which progress can be measured.

He also stressed on building networks which is a key element to be successful in life.
