Faculty of Management Studies, CMS Business, JAIN (Deemed to be University) hosted a business practitioner session on September 12, 2024. The session centered on the strategy Blueprint to the Future.

Mr. S.K Venkatram, Engineering and Management Consultant from Aerospace Group, was the guest speaker. The event was attended by MBA Batch 2023-25, 3rd Semester, Sections: CF3 and CM2. Dr. Syed Kazim and Dr. Pradeep Kumar served as the Faculty Coordinators. The speaker focused on key points, including –

3. C) Structure and Strategy

Key discussion points of this session include –

• Structure & Strategy: The organisational structure should be aligned with the strategic goals to ensure efficient operations and effective decision-making.
• Strategic Planning: a comprehensive plan that outlines the organisation's objectives, strategies, and action plans is essential for achieving desired outcomes.
• Strategy Implementation: Effective implementation involves aligning resources, creating a supportive culture, and monitoring progress to ensure that the strategic plan is executed successfully.
