All the faculty members/students/research scholars shall deposit their bags and other belongings outside and sign in the at the entrance.
Identity Card is compulsory for getting access to the LRC.
All users are requested to keep their mobiles switched off or in silent mode.
Students can borrow three (03) books at a time by using barcode enabled ID cards.
There will be overdue Fine of ₹05.00 per day per book.
For the loss of Identity cards, students should meet the Manager for issue of duplicate card.
Students are advised not to issue Books to others on their names.
Books removed from the shelves by students, if not required for reference, should be kept on the table nearest to them. Please remember that a book misplaced is a book lost.
Reference books, journals, theses, bound journal volumes, project reports, dissertations and newspapers are not available for student borrowing. However, faculty members have the option to borrow these materials for overnight use.
Readers should not deface, mark, cut, mutilate or damage the resources in any way. If anyone is found doing so, he will be charged the full replacement cost of the resource. Books borrowed should be protected from RAIN, DUST, INSECT, etc.
All the students who want to return the books issued on their names are advised to wait until the books are cancelled against their names.
Conversation and discussion disturbs the ambience. Therefore, all are requested to maintain dignified silence.
Beverages/ Eatables / Smoking are strictly prohibited.
Students can give their suggestions/feedback on the register kept at the entrance.
