The Learning Resource Center (LRC) successfully organised a training session on Effective EBSCOhost Tools for Authors on 25th March 2025. The session commenced with a welcome address by Mr Prithviraj, Librarian, who introduced the resource person, Mr Srinivasa, Training Manager for South States (Karnataka & Telangana), EBSCO Information Services India Pvt Ltd. The interactive session combined live demonstrations with hands-on practice to enhance participant engagement.

The training aimed to equip faculty members and teaching/research assistants with advanced navigation skills on EBSCOhost’s new features. Through guided exercises and real-time query resolution, participants gained proficiency in profile registration, conducting literature reviews, and accessing cases and book chapters. This session enabled participants to guide students in their future research projects and assignments effectively.

A quiz competition was also conducted during the session, and the following participants emerged as winners:
