Our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment is a step towards a better tomorrow at CMS Business School. The students of 1st year MBA commemorated the International Day of Signs on September 23, 2024.

On this day, we witnessed diverse activities hosted by the Department of Decision Sciences. The activities included poster making and presentation of various ways hearing-impaired students and peers can be a part of business communications.

Students came together to discuss diverse ways businesses can foster an inclusive environment that breaks down communication barriers in the workplace. This event was truly a testament to the creativity and compassion of our students.

The collective efforts of these faculty members and the diverse panel ensured a dynamic exchange of ideas, reinforcing the critical role of statistics and inclusive communication in the broader context of business management.
