Bengaluru, 31st May 2026: The final chapter of CRANIUM 2026 unfolded in London on 31 May, as three outstanding finalists from CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), competed for the coveted title in the institution’s flagship International Management Fest. Bringing months of competition to a close, the Grand Finale showcased the strategic thinking, leadership potential and problem-solving capabilities of students on an international stage.

The event represented more than a competition. It was the culmination of a rigorous journey that challenged participants to apply management concepts in dynamic, high-pressure situations that mirror contemporary business environments. After progressing through multiple stages, finalists Ms. Irene Rose Bency, Mr. Raghav Gandhi and Ms. Shomna Dutta earned their place in London, where they faced a series of demanding rounds designed to assess a broad spectrum of managerial competencies.

Proceedings began with a welcome address by Dr. Premalatha K. P., Student Council Coordinator, who highlighted the value of experiential learning in shaping future business leaders. Dr. Krishna Koppa, Deputy Director, followed with an address that underscored the importance of adaptability, critical thinking and leadership in an increasingly complex global landscape.

As the competition progressed, participants navigated challenges that required analytical decision-making, strategic planning and effective communication. Their performances were evaluated by a distinguished jury comprising Dr. Krishna Koppa, Dr. Premalatha K. P., Ms. Suparna Ghosal and Mr. Naveen Kumar V., whose assessments focused on both technical competence and leadership effectiveness. The event was hosted by Ms. Meghana Suresh and Mr. Srinidhi Sharma, who guided the audience through each stage of the finale.

Emerging as the winner, Ms. Irene Rose Bency impressed the jury with her ability to combine strategic insight with confident leadership, securing the CRANIUM 2026 Trophy. Her achievement reflected not only individual excellence but also the spirit of innovation and resilience fostered throughout the competition.
