Dr. Lata Chakravarthy, adjunct faculty at IIM Bangalore, led the masterclass on financial reporting statements and analysis on understanding value creation through business performance analysis. The speaker focused on the Accounting Equation Concept. During the session, Dr. Chakravarthy explained how assets and liabilities are treated the same. Her session also highlighted the concept of DU PONT Analysis and how ROE is calculated.
