The domain of HR is changing especially with the recent trends in the job market and to ensure that our future industry leaders stay updated, the CMS Business School recently organised a collaborative HR Conclave on November 23rd, 2024. The discussion was revitalising and had our panellists engaged in a thought-provoking conversation that focused on the integral role data-driven decision-making plays in moulding the domain of Human Resource Management.

Almost Sixty vibrant participants, and various virtual attendees, joined in the conversation from across India all set to be engrossed in action for a day of insightful discussions and knowledge sharing.

The Conclave was an arena for industry professionals from the Fortune 500 organisations such as JP Morgan Chase & Co, IBM, Robosoft Technologies, Global HR Community, Accenture Nordics, and Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt.
