Bengaluru, 14th February 2026: Over 60 students and staff at CMS Business School participated in a dynamic health and hygiene awareness session organised by the Ethics and Sustainability Cell on 14th February 2026. The session, led by Dr Shashikala S, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, offered practical insights into personal hygiene, menstrual and reproductive health, lifestyle choices, mental well-being, and preventive healthcare.

Through evidence-based guidance and interactive discussion, Dr Shashikala highlighted the critical role of hygiene in preventing infections, maintaining physical wellness, and promoting mental health.
