Inner Awareness and Leadership Wisdom Highlighted at Corporate Czar Series Session

Bengaluru: The School of Management at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) hosted an inspiring session of the Corporate Czar Series on 11 November 2025 at Seminar Hall 3, FMS–CMS, Brigade Campus. The event, organised by Dr Shalini R and Dr Premalatha K P, featured Mr Sharath Hariharpur Satheesh, Senior Director of Engineering at CAAVO Labs, as the distinguished speaker. More than 150 students participated in the interactive session.

The session, titled “Inner Awareness: The Path to True Wisdom and Self-Realisation,” focused on the role of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and inner clarity in shaping effective leaders. Mr Satheesh emphasised that genuine growth—whether personal or professional—begins with the ability to pay attention to one's inner state, interpret emotions wisely, and make decisions grounded in self-understanding. Through real-world examples and reflective exercises, he encouraged students to integrate awareness-based practices into their daily routines.

Students actively engaged throughout the session, exploring concepts of emotional balance, resilience, and intentional decision-making. The event aligned with the University’s commitment to nurturing future-ready professionals equipped with both technical expertise and strong personal leadership skills.

Speaking about the purpose of the session, Mr Sharath Hariharpur Satheesh noted, “Inner awareness is not a luxury; it is a leadership necessity. When individuals learn to listen to themselves with honesty and clarity, they build the foundation for confident action and meaningful impact.”

Reflecting on the success of the event, Faculty Coordinator Dr Shalini R shared, “The Corporate Czar Series is designed to bridge academic learning with industry perspectives. Sessions like this empower students to understand leadership beyond competencies—to see it as a balance of intellect, emotion, and self-awareness.”
