Punashchetana - 2024, the second edition of the two-week faculty refresher program, opened with a hearty welcome to participants and a recap of the 2023 edition's achievements. This year's theme, "Empowering Management Education with Research, Training, Consultancy, Projects, and Patents," promises to cover topics such as classroom management, absenteeism, industry-institution collaboration, diversity, and innovative teaching methods from July 2nd to July 15th. The event began with a lamp-lighting ceremony by distinguished dignitaries, followed by an overview of the program by Dr. Harold Andrew Patrick, Dean, CMS Business School, and inspiring inaugural addresses by Dr. Dinesh Nilkant, Pro-Vice Chancellor, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), and Dr. Raj Singh, Vice Chancellor, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). Dr. Chaya Bagrecha, Area Chair Finance & Co-ordinator,  Puneshchetana delivered the vote of thanks, and the session concluded with motivational quotes and a group photograph, marking the promising start of the program.
