04 Feb 2026

Bengaluru, 4th February 2026 - CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), hosted CRANIUM 2026, its flagship international management fest, on 3 and 4 February 2026, bringing together aspiring business leaders from across institutions for an intensive showcase of strategy, innovation, and leadership. Organised under the theme “Parakram”, the event emphasised courage, excellence, and decisive leadership in the face of real-world managerial challenges.

The two-day fest witnessed an enthusiastic response, attracting more than 450 registrations, participation from over 200 teams, and representation from more than 25 colleges. Designed as an experiential learning platform, CRANIUM 2026 moved beyond traditional academic competition by immersing participants in simulations, strategic contests, and business-oriented challenges that mirrored dynamic corporate environments.

The theme “Parakram” formed the foundation of the event’s competitive structure, encouraging students to demonstrate resilience, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving under pressure. Participants engaged in activities that tested managerial acumen, strategic decision-making, communication, and adaptability skills increasingly essential in contemporary business leadership.

The opening day of the fest featured an inspiring address by chief guest Sunitha Lal, who shared valuable insights from her corporate journey and leadership experiences. Her interaction with students highlighted the importance of adaptability, ethical leadership, and continuous learning in navigating evolving global industries.

A defining aspect of CRANIUM’s international stature was its multi-stage format, with preliminary rounds conducted at the CMS Business School campus and the prestigious Grand Finale hosted in London. This global dimension added to the competitive intensity of the fest while offering students exposure to broader professional and cultural perspectives.
More than a management festival, CRANIUM 2026 served as a platform for nurturing future-ready professionals capable of thinking strategically and leading confidently in complex environments. By blending competition with experiential learning, the event reinforced the institution’s commitment to developing globally aware, innovative, and socially responsible business leaders.
